With just one week to go until the start of the 2026 Formula 1 season in Melbourne, Australia, it will be exciting to see how this year’s 11 teams cope with the new engine regulations. To stay up-to-date, the Formula 1 app PitlaneOne is a must-have, now entering its 15th season – it’s sometimes surreal for me to think that this project has been with me for almost half my life.

PitlaneOne continues to be developed for the three main platforms and is therefore available for iOS/iPadOS, Android, and Windows 10 (Mobile). A maintenance update has been released for all platforms, updating the data for the new season, refreshing the images, and preparing the app for Cadillac as the eleventh team, where necessary.

The update is released as usual shortly before the start of the season, or rather, after the practice days, since that’s when all the teams typically provide decent images of their cars on the track.

The app and its latest version are now available in the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Microsoft Store. If you’re still using an older version, the app will automatically notify you of the necessary update upon launch. You can find all the links to the respective stores on this page, where you’ll also find more general information about the app.

As in the past 14 years, the app is completely free and ad-free. If you’d like to support its development, you can do so by telling your friends about it, or by writing a review in the respective store. If you’d like to support the development financially, you can do so either via the pizza icon in the app or one of these methods.

As always, a huge thank you to Dalibor, Miguel, Jaakko, Luca, Enza, Luc, Ivan, and Tzu-Shan for their efforts in translating the app into their languages. If your language is still missing and you’d like to do this too, then feel free to send me a message 🙂
