PitlaneOne - Privacy Policy

Introduction

The following Privacy Policy defines how your personal and non-personal data is collected by using the PitlaneOne mobile app and all related web services (collectively "the Application") published by DevAttendant (collectively "the Author"). By accessing or using the Application You agree to have read and understood the following Privacy Policy. If You do not agree, please do not install the Application.

The Author may change the Privacy Policy without prior notice. Whenever any changes happen, all users are notified through any part of the Application about the changes. Continued use of the Application after any notification includes the acceptance of the changed policy. If You do not agree to the changed policy, You should immediately stop using the Application and submit a request to receive a refund of Your subscription for the remaining period.

Personal data

To provide push notifications the Application uses "Firebase Cloud Messaging", a service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. In case you subscribe to push notifications, Google uses Instance IDs to determine which devices shall receive messages.

You may revoke your consent given to the Application for sending push notifications at any point in the future by unchecking the settings in the app. More information on the purpose and scope of data collection and the processing of said data by Google can be found in their Privacy Policy. This policy will also provide you with more information about your rights and options to protect your privacy: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy. Google also processes your personal data in the USA and is subject to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

Non-personal data

The Application may use tools or third-party software to collect non-personal information that does not enable any user identification. This data is collected to recognizing faults and errors of the Application and to further develop the Application. Data collected for this purpose is including, but not limited to mobile device type and properties, software platform and firmware, phone carrier and general geographical data.

Data storage

The Application may store personal or non-personal data on the Application's cloud servers as expressed in this Privacy Policy. All data is stored on cloud servers inside the European Union and remains stored on the cloud server even when You stop using the Application or delete the mobile app from Your device. You can request to delete Your data at any time by sending an e-mail request to the Author available in the contact area in the mobile app, on the App Store or on the Author's website.

You agree that all personal data may be transferred to any other company should the Author come to a business agreement with the other company to transfer a part or the entire application.

Third-Party Privacy Policies

Please note that Your access to and the ability to use the Application may be subject to third-party privacy policies including, but not limited to the App Store, software platforms and payment providers. You recognize and agree that the Author is not liable for any such third-party privacy policy and their use of Your personal data.
